1) Forearm Reaches
2) Side Plank Lifts
3) Plank Jumps
4) Kneeling Hip Up
5) Tricep Push Up
6) Toe Taps
7) V Crunches
Do each exercise 20x – takes about 4-5 minutes to get through the circuit. Repeat circuit 4-5x for a 20-25 minute workout.
