People work on being muscular, showing abs, maybe even flexibility – but what about balance? If you are 50 years and older, make sure you incorporate balancing exercises into your workout regimen. 
Idea:
Stand on one foot and do bicep curls, challenge – one arm curl and exchange the weight overhead to alternate arms.
