What do you do to prevent yourself from getting hurt?  Stretch?  Foam Roll?  Watch your form in the gym?  Some of us get massages. Some even see chiropractors and acupuncturists on a regular basis.   You can only do so much but does the idea of getting injured stop you from pushing yourself?  Does the possibility of getting hurt stop you from giving your all?

You can only protect yourself to a point.  After a certain point our protections become more than smart or safe, they become barriers and walls.  These walls ultimately prevent you from living your true life.  You have to ask yourself, are you living a life fearful of being hurt or are you LIVING your life?
