When I pick up a weight I feel it’s heaviness in my palm.  I feel it’s effect on my muscles.  I feel it’s pull on my joints.  The heavier the weight the more I feel and I wonder, “Am I strong enough?”

Are You Strong Enough?

Once I start my workout there is no wondering.  I place myself amongst the big boys, the heavy hitters and for that moment I am one of them.  I like to find strength from my surroundings.  I think knowing that you can’t do it alone makes you strong enough to do it all.  Surround yourself amongst the strong!
