    Lisa’s workout’s are fantastic! I played sports in college and haven’t had work outs like this in years. No way would I push myself on my own the way I do in Lisa’s classes. Lisa show’s a lot of “tough love” to her students and always does it with a smile on her face! Unbelieveable workouts…love them all. THANKS LISA!!

    I just love Lisa’s workouts..if you think you are fit and strong, first try out one of her body sculpting or athletic drills classes and she will make you rethink about how fit you actually are 🙂 she likes to push ppl, especially the ones who can handle it but just don’t believe they can and just complain..sounds like me 🙂 i bet you will feel great and be glad you took her class..Thanks for the great workouts Lisa !!

    Lisa’s workouts are awesome!!! I’ve been working out for years, have done triathlons, but there is nothing like her classes. She encouranges everyone to achieve the unthinkable! And she does it with a smile at her face no matter what’s happenning.

    Lisa’s J-Fit class is the best. After doing all kinds of workouts to get rid of years of fat accumulated from having 3 kids, I signed up for Lisa’s class and finally got the results I needed. It’s amazing what a big change you can get from a 6 week session. It’s like getting a whole new body. All my friends and family are amazed. I have signed up for 2 sessions so far but plan to do more when I gat back from vacation. I never thought I’d be this fit. If you are serious about getting results, try J-fit. It won’t be easy, but believe me, you’ll love your new body afterwards.
