You can see by the photo – I didn’t cook for 3 minutes each side. In fact I normally cook these and walk away and do other stuff. The beauty of plant based burgers is that you can cook them well WELL done and they don’t lose flavor or moisture. I know most of you would be turned off by the burnt look so I sprinkled some vegan cheese on top to make it look pretty. Enjoy!
