4 stretches that you can do before you get out of bed


1) alternate knees to chest
2) both knees to chest and lift head, forehead to knees
3) legs to one side then the other with arms out long 
4) full reach, extend arms and legs and arch back 
Make sure to hold each stretch for a few breaths.


I guarantee your body will want to get out of bed after you do these stretches. No guarantee your mind will follow.
