One of my favorite things to do is to make healthy foods look plentiful and savory.  No one wants to “dig in” to a lonely veggie patty sitting on a plate. How many people crave a bed of plain lettuce?  I personally need to be creative with the combinations and presentations of my food so that I feel satisfied with what I am eating.  Not only does my food look appetizing but I make sure that there are different texture factors involved.  I always add avocado for moisture and nuts for crunch.  Those are staples in my diet.  It’s important to like what you are eating so that you don’t feel like you are denying yourself of delicious food.  Let me know if you need help with your diet and want to enjoy eating healthy.  It’s important to like what you are eating.
