I buy all of these ingredients already sliced and chopped. All you need to do is wash and throw in the pan. The balsamic sinks into the mushrooms and the burst of the grape tomatoes end up steaming the onions. It’s a perfect dish to place on top of a bed of greens, quinoa or sprouted toast. No added seasoning required.
