When I workout I do my reps, my circuits, my exercises until I fall to the floor. It’s not my goal to eat the ground in front of other people at the gym. It is my goal to see how far I can push my body. It is my goal to feel my muscles take over. It is my goal to feel my mind take the backseat in my drive. These goals usually have me on the floor. Once I am there, it’s a metaphoric place to be. When I fall to the floor there is only one place to go – pick myself UP and do it again.
