I always get the question, “Should I feel sore after a workout?” My answer, it all depends how much you want to get out of your workout. It’s the same for life. How much do you want to get out of life? If you want a lot of pleasure, you must move through the pain. If you want to live your life feeling all that it has to offer then you push the edge, you learn from discomfort, you breathe to support and many days you feel sore.
