When was the last time you stretched? Right now while you are reading this and sitting, taking the time to lift your arms high over your head, expand your chest with a big breath in. Then cross your arms behind your head and simply allow the weight of your arms to lay on the back of your head. As you bring your chin to your chest and your forehead towards your thighs , begin to push your back towards the wall behind you and pull your belly inward. Again, just letting the weight of you arms rest on your head and not pulling or forcing the head down. Feel the stretch all the way from your neck, mid back and lower back. How does that feel?
