If you are in my presence you know right away that fitness is my passion. I love an early morning workout. I take pride in my Wednesday / Sunday meal planning. I enjoy creating healthy recipes. I can’t stop thinking of new exercises. Fitness runs through my body like blood and its the one thing that I never get tired of.
