My right shoulder has been bothering me since February 2012. It’s been on and off but with the help of an acupuncturist I have been pain free. So I have been lifting heavy, pushing harder, taking it to failure in my workouts. This morning, I wake up and I feel it – ugh. I start thinking, it must be something I did. HELL RIGHT it’s something I did! I lifted heavy, pushed harder, took it to failure. It just might be the time to take pleasure in being gentle with my body and learn to push hard in some other avenue of my life because I refuse to live with pain.
