My children LOVE ramen, the fried noodle, highly preserved, intensely bad for you ramen. I tried healthy versions but it is a quick no go. My sister sent me a package of this healthy find. A ramen with baked not fried noodles and seasoning that doesn’t contain MSG BUT the test is in the teens’ tongues that seem to always detect “healthy imposters”. So far everyone loves Naked Ramen. One thing interesting about these noodles – they are made from cassava flour which is a gluten, grain, nut free flour. It is a root vegetable much like a yuca or a yam in terms of nutritional value. You learn something new everyday!
