What is up with MONDAY? It is just like every other day.
If exercise is your daily regimen then it doesn’t matter what day it is - you EXERCISE!
Consistency is the key. You must keep exercising your body. It doesn’t matter if you are trying to gain muscle, lose fat - if you want to live healthy and happy then you EXERCISE!
