How many diets have you tried?  How many programs have you signed up for?  How many cleanses, supplements, workshops, lectures, books, DVDs, etc have you purchased?

Reaching a goal is no easy task.  It takes a lot of work, it requires constant insight and is a never ending dance with challenge.

In order to reach your goal your actions have to match your intentions.  Most of us state our goals and have good intentions but when it comes to our actions, something happens.

We sabotage.  We forget.  We stop.  I get it.  I recently failed.  My goal was not met.  At times my actions didn’t always match my intentions.  I sabotaged.  I forgot.  I stopped.  I have No Excuse.

So you move on with two paths ahead.  You can be upset, bitter and resentful.  You can blame yourself and others.  You can hold onto anger for all that went wrong.  Trust me, that is the easiest place to go.  OR you can react to your failure with success by allowing your experience to create a more compassionate and empathetic mindset.  You can take responsibility of your mistakes without blame.  We are all going to fail at times in our lives but what separates us is how we react.  Try having successful reactions.
