I was at the mall the other day and saw so many people carrying big bags with their shoulders up to their ears while hunching their backs and pitching their heads forward. Here is a great way to combat the holiday shopping bag carrying syndrome.

Start facing a wall. Raise arms over head and use a light resistance band. Press forehead against wall. Pull band apart with consistent movement. When doing one arm at a time, anchor one hand above the head while puling down with the other. Here is my gift to you that will keep on giving!
