How badly do you want it?
This morning I woke up at 4AM and did not want to get out of bed and go to the gym. I felt tired and my body was sore. I laid there and thought, “I don’t need to go to the gym before work….. I should go later…. I could skip morning cardio..” All those statements are true- I don’t need, I could and I should. We can talk ourselves out of doing just about anything just as we can talk ourselves into doing EVERYTHING. It really comes down to this statement, “How badly do you want it?” So I am laying in bed and I ask myself this question… “How badly do I want it?” What do you think I did?
