How different would that process be if I took the words, “weight” and “my body” out of the question?

That is really the journey. Take that first step and think about what you need to lose to love.
Do you need to lose a certain belief?
What about a negative thought?
Could it be comparing yourself?
How about judging others?
Focus on losing something to love more and put the fasting plans, juice cleanses, crazy workouts, cardio marathons, etc on hold for now.
