What do you do when things don’t go your way?  Can you roll with the punches?  Do you make the best of a situation?
Like when you are at the airport and your connecting flight is delayed, what do you do?  I found myself a little spot on the floor, took the strap off my carry on bag and started stretching.  It was an unexpected hour of stretching that my body definitely needed and would never have gotten if I wasn’t stuck in the airport.

One set back allowed me to do one great thing for my body.  It felt so good to practice a favorite yoga pose of mine, Revolved Head to Knee (Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana).
