In order to get things accomplished I write lists. I make sure that I think about what I need done, put them on paper and then cross them off when I have done them. It makes me feel that I succeeded in my day to see that my lists is all crossed off.
This is the same for your diet. Wake up and make a list of what you need to eat. Write down all the water you must drink. Create a checklist of the nutrients that will go into your body. Try eating that way so that you can feel accomplished and “full” at the end of the day versus trying to remember what you ate and logging it in afterwards.
