Morning Latte Smoothy Anyone?
Here is the recipe that I told you I would post. I put leftover black coffee in the fridge overnight. In the morning just shake up the coffee with the milk and the protein for a super easy yummy latte protein smoothy.
I wake up super early and don’t really want to make a hot breakfast so I drink a shake on my drive to work. Here is my AM schedule:
430AM wake up and get dressed to go running
440AM foam roll
445AM head out for run
515AM ab exercises
530AM make shake and run around for the next 30 minutes multitasking to get ready for work and out the door by 6AM
The Complete Protein Shake can get me through the first three to four sessions in the morning and helps with the “hangry” in the late morning or the drop in energy in the afternoon. So far - so good with this new product.
