Due to my job I am up at 4AM in the morning most days. I wake up feeling tired like any normal person would feel. I head to my bathroom and put on my “Wake Up” playlist, sing, do a few sun salutations and start getting ready for work. Once I get to work I put on my “Babymaking” playlist (oh yea – that is the name of my playlist and dance in my studio while getting the bikes ready, line up my clientele paperwork and do my morning blog with all of you. I find that these specific things make me start my day smiling and feeling ready to take on the world. What is your morning ritual?

    I’d quit regular workouts for a while .. since that shoulder dislocation and consequent laziness after getting it fixed :). Now, I’ve finally dragged myself back to LA fitness .. 5:45AM workout every morning .. so I wake up at 5. One bonus of the early wake up is that both my girls and my wife are still asleep. Just watching them sleep puts me in a good mood for the day.
