On The Run?

We are all getting outside more. Doing outdoor activities more. Walking more. Running more. Here is an easy tip to freshen up on the run.
- Place facial cleansing pads and baby wipes sprinkled with essential oil in a plastic bag.
- Put bag in freezer for 30 minutes prior to outdoor activity. - Place bag in pocket - shirt - sports bra, whatever that can hold it.
The frozen bag will keep you cool.
The pads and wipes will help freshen you up.
I just did this the other day. Ran to meet a friend for lunch at the beach and brought along my little baggy. It was the perfect way to cool off fast after my run and smell like eucalyptus.
