I have not been able to train, i.e. add stress to my body due to tension headaches. So, I decided to create a new way of training. For every set of stress loading, body weight or added weights – I lay on the foam roller and release the tension in my neck and shoulders.
By golly – it WORKED!
So I may not be able to train like I used to and who knows how long I will have to do this but man does it feel good to be working out again and NOT get a headache!
NO EXCUSES – right?
