I am all about short on time and easy peasy. This doesn’t get any easier. I add the slivered almonds for crunch factor since the peppers are soft and the soyrizo is soft but you can add cheese, breadcrumbs, beans – whatever you want on top. You can even use these on top of salads, cut them up, scramble with eggs or skillet them with potatoes or even throw them all into your blender and make a soup.
