    I really enjoyed doing Yoga at the Bay with you last Friday. I was sore the next day! It was a great workout. I look forward to doing it again – it was so nice down by the water. See you soon hopefully.

    Lisa’s workout’s are fantastic! I played sports in college and haven’t had work outs like this in years. No way would I push myself on my own the way I do in Lisa’s classes. Lisa show’s a lot of “tough love” to her students and always does it with a smile on her face! Unbelieveable workouts…love them all. THANKS LISA!!

    I just love Lisa’s workouts..if you think you are fit and strong, first try out one of her body sculpting or athletic drills classes and she will make you rethink about how fit you actually are :) she likes to push ppl, especially the ones who can handle it but just don’t believe they can and just complain..sounds like me :) i bet you will feel great and be glad you took her class..Thanks for the great workouts Lisa !!

    Lisa knows me better as ‘it is what is’ girl. But her sculpt class is amazing! I will definitely be following this bundle of energy around town…. sometimes in yoga we cop out under the premise of ‘peaceful exercise’… when we really need a cosmic kick in the butt!!! Much love, Lisa!!!

    Lisa is a fantastic trainer. Not only will her classes get you in great shape but you will also have a great time. She is constantly upbeat and keeps the workouts entertaining but still challenging. It is easy to see that Lisa LOVES working out and helping others get in shape and so its no surprise that she always goes above and beyond in her teaching. She is always well-prepared for her classes and sometimes even comes in with post-workout drinks and/or fruit for us. Every time I have done one of Lisa’s classes I have had a great time and got my butt kicked into shape. I highly recommend everyone workout with her. Oh yeah … and she’s cute =).

    Lisa is a dynamo! I just finished a 6 week Boot Camp with her to help me train for my first ever Mud Run in Orange County last week! Lisa had me prepared in a big way! Her boot camp was harder than the race! (so I found out) She’s excellent in making sure your form is good with each exercise so you don’t incur an injury. She’s energetic and will push you past where you think you can go! My fitness level upgraded after 6 sessions!

    Hi Lisa,

    I have taken your beginners yoga on Sundays several times now and absolutely love it! Your positive, upbeat attitude and style of training is very motivating! I would love to utilize some of your other workouts and training as well:) I do have a question or two…first I am hyperglycemic and I have been told you should eat 2 hours or more before hot yoga. Is this correct and if so, it has been difficult for me to find the right amount and type of food and timing so I don’t get weak/dizzy in class. Any suggestions? Also, I really want to get crows pose and have been struggling with that, next Sunday I will try to let you know before class so when we are doing that maybe I could get a little extra help:) Can’t wait for class next week!

    Lisa-
    Thanks for being my absolute fave CorePower instructor, I mean, thanks to you I can do a HEADSTAND! Without falling over! And this is in a class of about 30 other sweaty people less than 2 feet away from each other! Seriously, I haven’t done that since gymnastics when I was 8!! Thank you for giving me the tools to do inversions and build my practice with the right habits going forward. I have seen changes in my body that I never expected. And I have missed your class for 2 weeks because I was sick in bed and really missing my candlelight yoga! See you soon!

  23. No longer a Yoga Sculpt virgin after today’s session at UTC CorePowerYoga. Thanks for showing me how out of shape I am and what I need to work on to improve. I had no idea what to expect and your hyper-cardio aspect along with some fancy footwork took me to fresh horizons. Thanks for the passion in what you do and I hope to run into you again when I am better prepared. You mix work with wisdom and your love for the art shines through your voice and actions.

    What a great yoga sculpt class I had yesterday! Yeah… it burned….I don’t have much abdominal strength right now, but I will soon! I love sculpt, but sometimes I don’t feel energetic enough to tackle it. Lisa makes the class so much fun and pushes us so that we go where we didn’t think we could. I love when I hear new things in class, and what I heard yesterday was great, ” that five extra seconds is the difference between change and staying the same”. So, next time I feel like giving up, I am going to give myself just five more seconds to make a difference.

    You are the best personal trainer I have ever worked with!

    I have participated in a few different group training classes and I must say that my time with you has been the best!

    I believe that I already had a pretty good level of fitness, but you still managed to kick my butt during every class. You worked my body in way that I never knew was possible. Most importantly, you gave me the tools and information you need to do the exercises on my own, long after your classes were over. I realize upon completion of the course/training that I was pushed harder than I may have ever been pushed before.

    Lisa is amazing! I started doing yoga with Lisa last year and loved how focused and intense her classes were. I then began training with Lisa over the summer and then in preparation for my November 2011 wedding increased my sessions with her to multiple times a week. I have had other trainers over the past couple of years and know one has ever been as knowledgable as Lisa. She knows exactly what your body needs when it come to working out but also nutrition. She really cares about you and will even text you over the weekends to make sure you are staying on track. I have always been in shape and pretty fit but I wanted to be lean and really toned for my wedding and Lisa made it happen! I absolutely love the way I look and am so very thankful that I went to her. I have never had such definition in my arms before and this is the first time I have liked my legs too! My wedding pictures are fantastic due to her workouts, and her implementation of my food journal. She also knows exactly how to pose and helped me practice so I would be ready the day of my wedding! Lisa is worth every penny and more. My wedding is over but I am continuing to go to her because of how great she is. You will not regret spending the time with Lisa at LisaFit!!

    Overall I have noticeably less fat around my waist. And muscles are slowly starting to become more visible and defined. I’m starting not to dread seeing myself without a shirt on. That feels good.

    Nah, i play, but she’ll kick your arse in the gym. I often tell her i’m going to puke and she’ll still say
    “I don’t care, NO EXCUSES!”

    My girl Lisa Yee at LisaFit will get you ripped in no time. She got me bikini ready in 4 weeks. If you need a killer workout – she’s your girl. The workouts are different each time you come in, and will most certainly challenge the fittest of athletes.
