Trying to change something isn’t easy and takes effort and persistence especially if we are talking about food.
Eliminate having to think or choose. Replace your last meal which is usually late in the day and has no need to fuel you since you are either going to sit on the couch or go to bed – replace it with a shake, not a smoothie. Just water, powder, shake and call it a day. Call it a an amazing day!!
