I often feel like I am going to “eat it” in my workouts. I get to a point where I am not sure if I am going to pull back up, extend through my arms, push through my legs.
Its a short feeling of the unknown, “Will I make it?” I feel this way often in my workouts and personally at this point in my life those words seem to keep coming up, “Will I make it?”
The way we endure physical stress in our workouts isn’t much different than the way we handle our stresses in our everyday life. How do you push through? How do you pull out? Do you stay strong? We all have the doubts and wonder, “Will I make it?” The interesting thing about that question, is that the answer is always “I made it.”
