Yesterday a client said to me, “I can’t believe I feel like I am about to cry during a workout.”  It is NOT uncommon to cry (Period!).  Everyone lives with doubts and fears.  A lot of times those feelings prevent us from ever seeing our true potential or inner strength and act like a wall. When you workout with me I feel like I am on the other side of that wall telling you to get here.  I am telling you that you will be okay and you are strong enough to work pass through what your feeling.  Once you are on the other side and look back you see that the only thing that has ever kept you back was yourself- doubt and fear.  You cry because now you realize that you are stronger than you thought and finding that new strength is cathartic.
