Who doesn’t love the burn of a deep chair squat?  You can rep out.  You can hold it against a wall.  You can jump in and out of it.  You can  push your weight into your heels for more glutes.  You can rise up onto your toes for balance and stability.

The options are endless with this all time favorite exercise.  How many ways can you do the same squat?  How many ways can you do the same thing and get something different out of it.

I enjoy being able to run the same path and see new things.  I am amazed that I can reread Meditation from the Mat and still get inspired.  I get so happy when I can do the same exercise but feel something new.  Doing the same and feeling the same is boring.  Doing the same and feeling something different is experiencing!
