The Word Of The Day

For the past couple days I have had nothing to post. I can’t force a post. I don’t like to reuse a post - for the sake of posting. I truly like to be inspired by in the moment experiences.

So other than not posting again, I thought I would share with you my all time favorite word.

EQUANIMITY

I aim for more of this in my life.
I preach to others to strive for it.
I teach my children the meaning of it.
