Have you tried stretching in bed before you wake up? I call this, “Twist Two Ways”. You get a nice torso twist using your lower body and then using your upper body. To make it a deeper movement, you can place yourself at the side of the bed and allow your leg or arm to hang off the bed.
This is one of my 30 Days of Wellness, stretching before getting out of bed.
