Eat Salad & Dressing Too!

Get whatever salad kit you want and like to eat. Empty all the salad kit into a very large bowl: lettuce, dressing, croutons, bacon bits, you name it – put it all in there! Add one package of lettuce to the bowl. Mix it all together. You now have twice the servings, half the calories and fat AND twice the protein and fiber.
