Succeeding at Resolutions

Saying that you are going to do something for an entire year is very ambitious, even going for a month or a week is extremely challenging. How about instead of New Year Resolutions, we try New Day Resolutions? This isn’t to say that each day you can have the same resolution and do it for 365 days. The most important part is that you take the time to celebrate your day before you create what you want for tomorrow. Think about it – we look forward to New Year’s Eve to celebrate our year and the next day we are super motivated to tackle our resolutions. Imagine celebrating nightly and feeling motivated daily. The challenge with resolutions is we forget to celebrate!
