2) Being held Accountable not just for physically showing up but mentally being available. Part of making progress is having mind and body both present and aligned.
3) Keep a Calendar, scheduling your sessions in advance so you can view what is in your future and plan for the time that you are investing in yourself.
4) Making it Effective and assuring that your time and money is working for you.
