All this virtual working, virtual socializing, virtual everything has EVERYONE SITTING! I know for myself, I schedule sessions back to back normally but since I am sitting during my sessions now I have had to give myself 15 minute breaks between clients to stretch my back and move my body. Here is a short movement sequence to wake up your front side, stretch the back side and get some circulation in your torso THEN go back to sitting.
