Everything you feel, see, hear, smell, taste effects your digestion. Therefore if there is a lot going on in what you are feeling, seeing, hearing, smelling - then you better believe that your digestion is on OVERTIME. When that happens, one of the best solutions is to minimize your digestion and the simplest digestion process to control is WHAT WE EAT!
I have been hyper focused on “feeling” everything going on in my neck.

I have been smelling all the smoke in the air.
The last thing I need to do is complicate my digestion with foods that have a variety of tastes and textures. So I have opted to drink my nutrients making it easier on my digestion creating a happier belly and easier on my mind not having to think about what I am going to eat creating a happier head.
Besides me starting my 20 Day Challenge of doing more GOOD CLEAN JUJU, I also wanted to stay strong through all the medical issues roaming in the air and keep clean with all the fires ablaze. So I have added a detox tonic and immunity shot from the local market.
Do your body some GOOD CLEAN JUJU. If your space is hyper: feeling, seeing, hearing, smelling then make your taste super simple and drink your nutrients. It is so easy. Then on the days you have more conscious time to enjoy a meal, sit down, be present, peaceful environment, good conversation, easy listening - go for it!
