There aren’t too many things we can control.  We have no control over the weather.  We can’t control what other people do.  We can’t control what we hear, see or even sometimes what we think or feel.

This is the reason why I love working out so much.  I can control how hard I push myself.  I can control how many reps I do. I can control how much weight I take on. I can control how fast or slow I move.  I am in control!
