Every day we are faced with choices.  From the moment we wake up to the moment we go to bed – we have choices.  So instead of thinking “What should I do?” which can be a bit overwhelming making that decision, try asking yourself, “What are my opportunities today?”

What Do You Choose?

Like working out, I have the opportunity to give back to my body.  I have the chance to take care of the only vessel that I have been given.  We all have breaks in our days to honor ourselves in a healthy positive way.  Take the opportunity to do that and choose to be good to yourself.
