How often do you find yourself saying that you want one thing and then when given the opportunity, you go against what you want? You want to eat healthier and then get fast food. You want to exercise more but decide to sit on the coach and watch tv. What happens? 

My suggestion to you –
1) Decide what you want  
2) Write down 3 ways to do it  
3) Do those three things every day until you get what you want.
