When Are You Ready?

Spring is coming and all that it signifies like change, transition and most importantly tank tops and shorts.  Have you been taking care of yourself?  How much time do you spend sweating?  Are you drinking enough water?  What has your diet been like after the holidays?  How many hours of sleep do you get?  Are you still saying, “I am going to start taking care of myself when…”

We can make all the excuses in the world.  When will you be ready to make your health a priority?  When will you make the commitment?  When will you invest the time?

When are you ready?  I can answer that – NOW!  Don’t wait for tomorrow.  Don’t tell me you will start Monday.  Do it now.  Today you are ready!
