My favorite “I don’t like my body” secret. If I am feeling gross from a vacation – I eat grapefruit and instantly feel cleaner. If I am feeling sluggish in my workouts – I eat grapefruit and spontaneously feel energetic.  If I feel yucky in my clothes – I eat grapefruit and to my surprise my clothes fit better. I am not sure those are considered “Health Benefits” or can I back that up with scientific data but it seems to be why I LOVE GRAPEFRUIT.
