YES – caring for your body CAN BE THAT SIMPLE!! The cool thing about the body is that it really doesn’t take much to get results but you have to be consistent and committed so make it simple. If you do five minutes of stretching every morning I promise you will become more flexible. If you do 20 pushups every afternoon, you will become stronger. If you do one minute of abdominal crunches every night – you will for sure have a tighter midsection. This isn’t tricky stuff. It is this simple my friends.
