“I have tried yoga and I hate it!” I am calling BS on that. You haven’t tried yoga. You tried an overcrowded, choreographed and way too hot fitness class. You left frustrated because it looks like everyone knows what to do besides you and irritated because you are sandwiched between a person who you can literally feel their breath and someone who you think you just felt their sweat. No wonder you hated it.
Yoga is an individual, moving to only your breath and heating up with your body practice. You should feel peaceful and have a sense of clarity when you leave.
