Life is too short to hold back, to live with regret, to wonder “what if?”. Each workout is like a mini life span. I never know if I will make it. I don’t know how my body is going to respond. I am not sure if I can do it sometimes. But I am not going to pass up the opportunity to give it a go. I don’t hold back. I have never said, “I wish I didn’t workout today”. When I leave with sweat drenched clothes, protein shake in hand and breathing heavily there is no wondering – it’s all about experiencing.
