I have found that you can’t rush anything.  There is no fast way to weight loss.  There aren’t any magic pills or secret diets that you can buy.  You must put the time, effort and energy into it.  It takes commitment and investment.

Fast Weight Loss

Sometimes to succeed you have to ask for help.  Many times to get results you have to try something different.  Weight loss is a relationship with your body.  Like all relationships, once you neglect it then you lose it.  Once you lose it then most of the time it is so hard to get it back.  The key is to continuously keep at it, to focus on the positive, not to compare and you will find true happiness with your body and probably your relationship too.
