Have you ever stood in the refrigerated section reading the backs of all the “healthy” drinks? Does organic really matter? What is cold pressed? How much sugar is too much? Will this taste good? There is no way to compare each drink without freezing your butt off. The best way to do this is to buy a few drinks that sound good. Taste them to make sure you would drink them. Then snap a photo of the back and email them to me, lisa@lisafit.com. I will give you the good, the bad and the ugly about whatever drink you are thinking about “cleansing” with or supplementing a meal with or just wanting something other than water. The right drink for you depends on what you are needing. It depends on how much activity you are doing. It depends on what you are eating and how much. It all depends so just because the juice has a lot of sugars doesn’t necessarily mean it is unhealthy. Just because a juice isn’t cold pressed doesn’t make it less nutritious. Just because a juice is green doesn’t mean it is going to taste like grass.

My suggestion: Buy 2-3 different types of pre-made juices. Make sure you like the way they taste because who cares how good it is for you if you aren’t going to drink it.
