It doesn’t help you get a six pack. It doesn’t make your arms look good in a tank top. It doesn’t burn fat nor does it build muscle. Thus the reason why so many people DO NOT stretch, and power yoga doesn’t count.
If you want that six pack then you better be stretching out your torso. Your toned arms need healthy wrists, elbows and shoulders. If you want to burn fat, I hope you are injury free. If you want to build muscle your ligaments and tendons should be supple.
How can you get all this? You STRETCH! Lengthened thighs, flat back, open chest, extended arms, elongated posture – isn’t that sexy?
